Fenugreek is often used as an appetiser and can be used to help gain weight and condition.
Cramp Bark (Viburnum opulus) is most notable as a muscle and nervous relaxant for cramping pains.
Limestone Flour is a natural source of Calcium, very important for the healthy growth of bones and teeth.
Mint is used to soothe bouts of indigestion, flatulent dyspepsia and associated conditions. The volatile oil in Peppermint helps soothe the stomach wall which allays feelings of nausea and the desire to vomit.
